Overview
Custom software should solve a defined operational problem. We start with workflows, users, and acceptance criteria, then organize development into reviewable increments so the team can evaluate progress against real needs.
Who this is for
Organizations needing a tailored business application, internal platform, or system integration.
How we can help
- Document requirements, user roles, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan architecture, integrations, error handling, and access controls.
- Test critical workflows and prepare deployment and support documentation.
What you receive
Agreed software increments, technical handover, and an acceptance checklist. We confirm the scope, review points, responsibilities, and expected preparation timeline before work begins.
Before we begin
Start with your current workflow, pain points, sample data, existing systems, and decision owners.
A question worth asking
Who owns the source code and third-party components?
Ownership, repository access, licensing, and reuse terms must be stated in the agreement. Third-party services and dependencies may carry separate licenses or charges.
Scope & expectations
Features, acceptance criteria, revisions, ownership, deployment, and maintenance are agreed in writing. Third-party subscriptions and infrastructure costs are identified separately. Delivery is assessed against the agreed scope; universal security, compliance, or commercial results are not promised.
