Overview
An AI project should begin with a useful decision or workflow and a way to measure improvement. We assess data readiness, compare practical approaches, and plan human oversight before moving from an experiment into everyday use.
Who this is for
Organizations exploring a specific AI use case with realistic data and operational access.
How we can help
- Define the use case, baseline, success measures, and failure risks.
- Assess data quality, permission, and feasibility.
- Prototype an approach and evaluate limitations, cost, and oversight needs.
What you receive
A feasibility assessment, scoped prototype or model, and evaluation report. We confirm the scope, review points, responsibilities, and expected preparation timeline before work begins.
Before we begin
Start with the business problem, representative data description, current workflow, and acceptable risk constraints.
A question worth asking
Will a model always return correct answers?
No. Evaluation, monitoring, human review, and fallback behavior are part of responsible deployment. Prototype performance does not establish reliability in every real-world situation.
Scope & expectations
Features, acceptance criteria, revisions, ownership, deployment, and maintenance are agreed in writing. Third-party subscriptions and infrastructure costs are identified separately. Delivery is assessed against the agreed scope; universal security, compliance, or commercial results are not promised.
