Overview
EB-4 covers defined special-immigrant groups, rather than a general professional pathway. We help organize the background facts needed for an authorized professional to identify whether a specific category warrants further review.
Who this is for
Individuals or sponsoring organizations referred for a category-specific special-immigrant consultation.
How we can help
- Prepare a clear background and relevant affiliation chronology.
- Inventory existing records without assuming a category applies.
- Coordinate unanswered factual questions with the appropriate legal professional.
What you receive
A background brief, records inventory, and consultation question list. We confirm the scope, review points, responsibilities, and expected preparation timeline before work begins.
Before we begin
Start with a concise history of your circumstances and any existing counsel or agency correspondence.
A question worth asking
Is EB-4 a general alternative when another category is difficult?
No. It is tied to specified classifications. Counsel must identify the applicable classification and current requirements before a preparation plan is agreed.
Scope & expectations
Our role is educational and administrative. We do not determine eligibility, prepare legal arguments, file petitions, or represent clients. Licensed counsel or another authorized representative must provide legal analysis and case strategy. Agency decisions, visa availability, fees, and processing times can change.
