Overview
EB-1C concerns multinational managers and executives. Titles alone do not explain a role; a coherent record should show organizational relationships, reporting lines, responsibilities, and the relevant employment history.
Who this is for
Managers, executives, and organizations preparing materials for counsel to review a multinational transfer pathway.
How we can help
- Build a dated international employment chronology.
- Organize corporate relationship and organizational-chart records.
- Clarify actual managerial duties using employer-provided information.
What you receive
A corporate document index, role summary, and list of questions for employer counsel. We confirm the scope, review points, responsibilities, and expected preparation timeline before work begins.
Before we begin
Start with organizational charts, role descriptions, employment records, and a summary of related entities.
A question worth asking
Is being called a manager enough?
A job title alone does not establish eligibility. Counsel evaluates the actual duties and the required organizational and employment relationships.
Scope & expectations
Our role is educational and administrative. We do not determine eligibility, prepare legal arguments, file petitions, or represent clients. Licensed counsel or another authorized representative must provide legal analysis and case strategy. Agency decisions, visa availability, fees, and processing times can change.
