Overview
EB-2 covers advanced-degree professionals and people of exceptional ability. Preparation should separate your qualifications from the employer and job requirements so that counsel can examine each part of the proposed case.
Who this is for
Professionals and employers organizing qualification records for an employment-based immigration consultation.
How we can help
- Reconcile degree, transcript, and employment information.
- Create a factual record of progressive responsibilities and achievements.
- List questions about employer sponsorship and labor certification for counsel.
What you receive
A qualification summary, supporting-record checklist, and coordinated document tracker. We confirm the scope, review points, responsibilities, and expected preparation timeline before work begins.
Before we begin
Start with your degrees, transcripts, CV, experience letters, and available job description.
A question worth asking
Is EB-2 the same as a National Interest Waiver?
No. NIW is a distinct waiver request within EB-2. Which route applies requires legal evaluation; an advanced degree alone does not settle that question.
Scope & expectations
Our role is educational and administrative. We do not determine eligibility, prepare legal arguments, file petitions, or represent clients. Licensed counsel or another authorized representative must provide legal analysis and case strategy. Agency decisions, visa availability, fees, and processing times can change.
